OK so where do I begin? I wouldn't call Joell an underground artist however you wont hear his songs being played on the radio every 4 minutes. Still, that doesn't mean a damn thing these days because his music is actually DOPE! , so when ya done watching him get interrogated take a sniff of one of his recent songs below "Call Me" ( you might be able to catch this song on the radio if ya lucky)
